What if you could focus your energy on what truly matters?
You are successful – a high achiever. You have a lot of responsibility, you’re dedicated to your work, and you deliver results.
You’re also stressed, struggling to manage endless priorities, and feeling overwhelmed. You’ve lost balance in your life, and your health and relationships might be suffering.
If only you could have more control over how you spend your time and energy, everything would change.
You’re not alone. Executives share these same concerns with me every day.
There is a better way.
It is possible to have the capacity to handle everything that comes your way, while staying focused on the activities critical to propelling your business forward.
It is also possible to do this with more ease, and to have time for the important things outside of work).
How will I help you?
When we work together, my only job is to support you in reaching your goal.
I’ll bring everything I have to the task – coaching skills, business acumen, and my personal superpower.
I turn chaos and confusion into focused momentum.
I’ll learn about your unique situation and develop an individualized approach, then help you focus your energy to get you where you want to go.
My Background
In more than 25 years working in organizations, I’ve led teams of thousands, been responsible for budgets in excess of $100 million, and led through dramatic growth.
Leading in a wide variety of roles across multiple industries wasn’t always easy, and I faced a lot of complex problems. I learned a lot from my successes and even more from my failures, and I understand what makes one executive a success while another struggles.
In addition to my executive coaching practice, I consult as a Team Performance Coach at the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University, supporting master’s-level students as they enhance their ability to optimize team performance.
I hold an MBA from Queen’s School of Business, a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University and am a member of the International Coach Federation.
